Staff Complement
David has created and managed
the safety programs of dozens of Minnesota school districts and industrial
clients. He is an expert on government health and safety finance, and
specializes in streamlining and organizing the budgeting process. He
was the Director of Health, Safety, and Facilities Consulting Services
for Minnesota’s largest K-12 consulting firm, where he started
in 1994. David is also a nationally-recognized speaker in the field of
crisis management. William Bombardier—Director of Technical Services Will has a background
in facilities, health and safety, and environmental project management,
and is a gifted and certified database designer. He specializes in the
creation and management of software that significantly streamlines all
of Meridian’s services. From facilities management to health and
safety to information technology, Will has a lengthy history of solving
clients’ process management needs. Will is the lead developer and
manager of Meridian’s Facilitate™ software
family, consisting of FacilitateFM™, FacilitateHS™, FacilitateCL™,
andFacilitateMSDS™.
Steve has been
managing clients’ asbestos, mold, underground tank, Phase I, Phase
II, and all other environmental needs since 1990. His client satisfaction
history is unmatched by anyone in his area of expertise.
Jim is an FBI-trained
former law enforcement officer whose consulting credits include being
the Metropolitan Airport Commission’s lead security consultant.
Other clients include dozens of municipal, state, and federal agencies,
and large, multinational companies. He has performed hundreds of security
audits and vulnerability assessments, and provides reasonable and responsible
recommendations for implementing realistic security programs. Jim is
an expert at maximizing Safe Schools Levy funding. Steve Mack—Director of Facility Services Steve’s experience
comes from Fortune 500 facility management, and he is an expert at integrating
facility needs with technology, including CAFM systems and CAD. His clients
have included large property management firms, K-12 schools, and consulting
organizations. Steve was a facility manager for Honeywell and Opus before
he joined Meridian Consulting Group.
Colin has
been managing safety programs for Minnesota K-12 schools since 1998.
He is an all-around manager who has experience with OSHA, EPA, MPCA,
MDE, MDH, and CPSC regulations and guidelines, and holds numerous certifications
in many related areas.
Caroline
has worked with government agencies since 1994 and has significant experience
with regulations and governmental processes. She assists Meridian’s
clients with general health, safety, and facilities consulting. Ross Henrickson—Project Manager Ross provides support for facility
consulting services in the area of CAD creation and integration. He is
also an experienced safety consultant and trainer, has a Masters degree
in safety, and has been working in the environmental, safety, and facilities
fields since 1995.
